• Here at Cellar52 we are frequently asked a number of questions regularly by clients. To make it easier for you we have answered a few of the most common below.

    What’s your cancellation policy?

    We ensure we have all your needs matched before we ask you to sign a contract. At this point we do ask for a 35% deposit to secure your date. This a a non refundable deposit but we do understand that there are some things that are beyond your control so in the event that for any reason the original date you selected is no longer suitable an alternate date can be discussed depending on availability.

    Can we use the parkland/waterfront surrounding your venue?

    The answer is yes. For photography the land by the river is public land but if you want to host your actual wedding ceremony by the River then Cellar52 will be required to obtain a permit to do this and there will be an additional fee.

    What times are access and exit?

    These times will be specific to each event and are discussed in advance and then clearly defined in our contract. We will do our best to accomodate your needs. 

    Do you have lots of parking?

    Yes we have a large parking lot, plus there is additional free municipal parking for cars and buses behind Cellar52 in the St. Jacobs Village parking lots.
